• Sign up with an email and password
• Check your email for a verification code and enter
• Select a Professional Profile
• Fill in basic information about yourself and submit

• Navigate to your Profile tab
• Click the three dots in the upper right hand corner
Edit Profile
• Add your current email address and bio to your profile - Your email address is how employers will contact you after you apply
Edit Resume
• Enter your education, employment, future plans, and skills

• Add a profile picture to personalize your account

How To Apply
Finding opportunities happens in many places - the Apply tab, tied to organization's posts in your feed and discover, tied to industry pathways in discover.
• Ensure your resume is up to date and your profile has a current email and phone number
• Navigate to the Apply Page
• Filter opportunities by category, type, and location
• Explore the opportunities available and click "Apply by Chat" or "Apply by Website"
• In "Apply by Chat", your resume and information will be sent and appear in your Inbox starting a conversation between you and the organizaiton you applied to

How To Maximize Your Profile
• Keep your resume and profile up to date – Regularly update your work, education, certifications, and skills to reflect your current experience.
• Complete all profile sections – Highlight achievements, projects, and skills to make your profile robust and dynamic.
• Follow organizations and professionals – Build a feed of relevant content and opportunities that match your career goals.
• Like, comment, and share posts – Engaging with content increases visibility and strengthens your dynamic resume.
• Connect with mentors and peers – Reach out to professionals whose careers inspire you, ask questions, and seek advice.
• Explore and apply for opportunities frequently – Stay active by applying for internships, jobs, scholarships, and certifications that align with your goals.
• Showcase achievements and updates – Share milestones, projects, or completed certifications to demonstrate growth.
• Log in regularly – Consistent activity keeps your profile fresh and more likely to appear in searches and recommendations.

• Fill in basic information about yourself and your school and submit

How To Explore
• Start your exploration in the Discover tab
• Start by looking at the latest and top posts, here you can start engaging with content - Like photos and videos and follow organizations to build your personalized feed
• Explore categories and pathways in industries you're interested in
• The more you interact with content and follow companies you like, your dynamic resume updates with your career interests

How To Enroll Your Students
• Confirm Website Access
• Ensure your school’s IT department whitelists the CareerPathway.com domain
• Check that email verification messages are not blocked or filtered to spam. If needed, use sign-up with Google SSO to simplify profile setup
• Set aside 20-30 minutes in class or advisory period
• Familiarize yourself with: student follow feature, feed and discover, and apply page to find opportunities
• Students go to CareerPathway.com and select Sign Up
• Sign up using personal email address, or Google SSO - Verify email if prompted
• Complete their profile by adding: future plans, experience, education, and skills and like content to build their dynamic resumes

Monitor Student Profiles
CareerPathway.com makes it easy to see where your students are spending time learning and what industry or career path they're leaning towards.
• All student accounts are automatically set to private mode upon sign up
• Find your student's profiles by name or username and request to follow them all
• Once they approve, you now have access to see their followers, follows, content they repost, and their dynamic resume
• On their resume, you have access to see their top industries that they are gravitating towards - Click any of them and gain insight into specific careers they're exploring marked down to the minute of time interacted
• Do check-ins on your students accounts to stay informed of where they are in their career exploration and resume building

• Fill in basic information about your company and submit

How To Build Your Profile

• Add your email address to your profile - Applications come through your email, website, or your inbox within platform
• Add your bio to your profile - This is the first thing individuals will see navigating to your profile
Edit About
• Enter your location, basic business information, description, and awards and acheivements from your organization
Profile Picture
• Add your logo to brand your profile

How To Upgrade
• Navigate to your profile and click "Upgrade to Premium" or the tab on your navigation
• A redirect to Stripe allows you to securely input your payment information - by card or ACH
• After completition, a receipt will be sent to your email address on file - If an estimate or quote is needed, reach out to our team!
Your profile is now Premium and you have access to:
• Profile Setup Assistance
• Career Pathways
• Education Pathways
• Unlimited Active Job Postings
• Receive Resumes
• In-App Messaging
• Additional Locations for an extra fee
• Leader upgrade availability

How To Maximize
• Post regularly to stay visible in the Discover feed and in followers’ timelines
• Link opportunities to posts so followers see open roles, programs, and events directly in their feed
• Use relevant tags to improve search visibility and reach the right audience
• Keep organization and opportunity details up to date to build trust and drive applications
• Follow and engage with users to increase profile visibility and encourage interaction

How To Post Opportunities
• Navigate to your profile and click on the opportunities tab (Only visible for Premium profiles, upgrade to gain access & more)
• Click "Add an Opportunity"
• Select Career or Education Opportunity, then choose title, industry, experience level, location, and opportunity type
• Optional - Include Entry, Average, and High level wage ranges for this opportunity
• Add description, path to success, career advancements, and tags (Copy & Paste for easier posting)
• Toggle this opportunity as active or inactive - This allows users to see the opportunities within your company, even when you're not hiring for it
