Yes. A Basic profile is free: your company profile plus unlimited photo and video posts. Upgrade to Premium ($99/month, or $1,069/year) when you're ready to post jobs and receive resumes.
High school students, college students, job seekers who haven't picked a path yet, and the educators and counselors who guide them. Student profiles are private by default, and we never advertise to minors or sell student data.
No. Many students on CareerPathway.com are years away from applying. The value is that they follow your company, see what the work really looks like, and know your name when they're ready. When you are hiring, Premium lets you post open roles and accept resumes.
The same things you'd share on any social channel, with students in mind: your people, a day on the job, how-to clips, why you chose this work. Photos and videos you already have are a great start.
