Why this exists
Our founder spent more than 25 years hiring and promoting people into skilled trades careers. Three things kept coming back.
Construction, manufacturing, health care, transportation, technology and dozens of trades most people never hear about. The need was everywhere. The connection was missing.
Countless hours mentoring students and talking with adults looking for a better job, with little to show for it you could measure. There had to be a way to reach more of them.
Watching his own daughter reach graduation day with no idea what to study or do for a living. The stress and the tears made the problem real.
